  • Why is my agenda page not loading, timing out, or slow to connect?

Please make sure you follow the below guidelines:

    • Watch from your laptop and not your mobile device

    • Disconnect from any company Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)

    • Use one of the following browsers—Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date and check your connection speed. At a minimum, we recommend a downstream connection of 5 Mbits/sec

    • Enable third-party cookies

    • Your security team may have blocked access to unauthorized media content. We recommend switching to a home network if possible

    • If all else fails, a hard refresh might do the trick! A hard refresh is a quick and easy way to clear the browser's cache for a specific page. This forces the browser to load the latest and best version of the page.

  • The agenda page does not show any sessions?

Make sure you are logged in on the agenda page using the email address you registered with. You will find the login button next to the session navigation search bar. You will be asked to enter your email address. Then, you will get an email with a 2-step process to access DevCon Online.

If you do not see this email within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder. If the issue continues to proceed, then it is likely the email address has been quarantined due to your company’s security parameters. Reach out to [email protected] and we can provide you with your unique joining link.

  • The session is playing but there’s no sound

If you can see the video and there is no sound, click on the sound icon in the media player to unmute it.

  • My devices are connected properly, but I still can't hear anything

If you're confident everything is connected properly, another tool or application might be using your devices. Before starting the session, close apps like Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Microsoft Teams.

As a last resort, reboot your device if time permits. If a browser, computer, or any error messages appear, please reach out to the DevCon team at [email protected].

  • Where can we access the slides for each session?

All registered people can download the slides from the session summary. They can also download other helpful resources.

  • Any other issues?

Reach out to [email protected] if the above guidance does not answer your query. Please include which regional session you’re joining, nature of the issue, date, step-by-step details of your issue, and screenshots of your experience. This will enable us to try to fix the problem you're experiencing.
